There are some conditions to get this in your phone which is you must have at least 1.5GB of RAM & 720p resolution display to run this assistant. Not everywhere, but it will soon available for all. At present, it is rolling out in US in English version which is further followed by countries such as Australia, Canada and United Kingdom.
