Aadhaar Misuse, Unique Identification Authority Of India UIDAI has now taken a strong action against Bharti Airtel Ltd, UIDAI suspends the e-KYC license and the license of Airtel Payment Bank and takes a high action on Bharti Airtel and Airtel Payments Banks Also banned.

The matter is that to take this action, A report of PTI says that the Airtel is opening Airtel Payments Bank account using the eKYC SIM verification process without any prior notice to the customer and without taking any permission, so UIDAI suspends Bharti Airtel License.

Aadhaar Misuse: Effect On Bharti Airtel For Banned e-KYC LIcense?

The suspension of eKYC License means Airtel cannot take SIM verification using 12-Digit Aadhaar Card till the banned, so It means Airtel can’t re-verify SIM card using Aadhaar, which is the big problem for Airtel as the deadline for re-verifying the SIM card using Aadhaar is set to March 31st, 2018.
