“Descript” Video Editing Tool Lets You Edit Videos by Using a Text Document

So, rather than correctly recording that part again and adding it to the video, you’ll just erase the incorrect phrase or word within the text document and replace it with the correct one. This will replace the incorrect audio with the right one, a bit like that.
