HP Announces Omen 25L, 30L Desktops and Omen 27i Gaming Monitor


INTRO: TodayHP has launched two new gaming desktops that is Omen 25L and 30L and a gaming monitor also–Omen 27i. Both of the desktops are available in the AMD/Intel CPU variants and also in AMD/Nvidia GPU variants.

The specifications of the Omen 25L and Omen 30L are almost identical and mainly differ in size and the cooling system. The processor of desktop goes up to the latest 5.3GHz 10th-gen Intel Core i9-10900K, while there are AMD Ryzen 3900 and AMD Ryzen 9 3900 processor variants as well. HP is also offering either Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics.

Configurable 92mm air or 120mm Liquid Coolers

In the latest systems, you also get up to 64GB of HyperX Fury DDR4-3200Mhz RAM and a pair of 2TB PCIe M.2 SSDs. For the cooling, HP has collaborated or you can say teamed up with Cooler Master for the optional configurable 92mm air or 120mm liquid coolers and it has up to a 750W Cooler Master with 80 PLUS Platinum PSU. Along with this Omen 25L and 30L, the company HP has launched its new Omen 27i Gaming Monitor with a nano IPS 2560×1440 resolution panel in it that offers about 98 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. There is support for Nvidia G-Sync in this monitor.

The monitor can lead up to 350 nits peak brightness. It also offers a 165Hz refresh rate that yields almost 1ms response time. For the better viewing experience, HP has added a dual pillar height-adjustable stand. Also, for those who are interested gamers can make use of the aim assist feature through Omen Command Center that creates a custom shaped and colored reticle for it.

The Omen 25L starts at a price of $899 and is on retail via HP.com whereas Omen 30L is available to buy at a starting price of $1199.99. The gaming monitor, on the other hand, will be made available now on Best Buy and on May 22nd via HP.com at $499.99.
