On Monday, Xiaomi has launched MIUI12. This is a custom made UI on Android 10. MIUI12 Launched Know Features Rollout Info.

The custom made UI based on Android 10 which is said to roll out to several devices includES Mi 10 series and Redmi K30 series.

The Company’s Say On MIUI12:

Xiaomi said that the custom UI of MIUI12 will “smartphone UI experience to the next level”.

Near about 40 devices will receive the MIUI12 update, said the officials of Xiaomi.

When Users Can Expect This Update:

Users will receive the update from June. Xiaomi said that the MIUI 12 will roll out to closed beta users on April 27 with the weekly update scheduled for May 8.

Device Eligibility:

Devices that will receive the MIUI12 update include Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, Redmi k30 Pro, Mi 9, Mi 9 Transparent Edition, and Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition. This is the Beta update of the newly launched update.

Delay In Update:

The officials of Xiaomi did also mentioned that the update, for now, is available in China ROM only. Users outside China will receive the update after some delay.

Focus On Display:

The company said the UI will give an ultra-soothing experience with newly released super wallpapers.

The company said that the dark mode will also receive an improvement with further focus on readability. The animations will also be change.

Gesture Improvements:

MIUI 12 is also said to improve gestures. The company now enabling users to swipe up to go home.

Xiaomi has also come up with brand new animation effects on home screen, lock screen and on certain apps.

Enhanced Privacy:

The company said the MIUI12 offers Flare, Barbed Wire, and Mask System that further improves privacy on MIUI.

MIUI 12 is also said to enable users to multitask on certain apps using free floating pop-up windows. The free floating window enables users to browse the web while playing videos or answer calls while watching a video.
