Vivo X50 5G Launch Set for June 1 in China


INTRO: Chinese smartphone giant Vivo will be launching the ‘Vivo X50 5G’ on the 1st of June in China. This latest announcement was made by the  Vivo’s official Weibo handle. And as the name suggests, the device will be coming with support for 5G connectivity in it.

The newly launched Vivo X50 teaser video which was posted on the Weibo  website says that the device will pack with a noteworthy camera with support for stabilization which will be better than OIS.

Rather than being a phone with mere OIS support, this latest device from the company is expected to have a gimbal-like stabilized antishake camera quite similar to what we have seen this February on the Vivo Apex 2020 concept Smartphone.

We saw an alleged image of the Vivo X50 yesterday, it was also shared on Weibo, which was revealing a rectangular camera setup on the rear and a punch-hole camera for the selfies placed to the left of the front.

Along with all of this, Arun Maini aka Mrwhosetheboss also posted a similar teaser on his Twitter account giving the details regarding the smartphone. The GIF shown below presents the camera capabilities of an upcoming Vivo flagship smartphone. There are chances that the camera sensor seen in the tweet below belongs to the Vivo X50 5G.

More Teasers and Leaks In the Upcoming days Expected

Keeping it all aside, currently, we don’t have any sure information regarding the device, and about the specifications of the handset. So the Provided Vivo is positioning the device in the flagship territory, it won’t be a surprise if the device comes up with the Snapdragon 865 chipset and similar powerful hardware seen on other flagships.

After all of that said, we can expect more teasers and leaks for the Vivo X50 5G in the upcoming days now that the launch date is confirmed.
